* We used this company recently to send a shipment to our partner organisation in Sierra Leone and were very impressed with their service and prices.

 We are pleased to say we have now sent our first shipment of clothes, toys, books, stationary, sporting equipment etc to our partner organisation, Africa Youth for Peace and Development.

We would like to thank those of you who donated for your kind and very generous donations. We will of course keep you all informed with updates and photos of our next trip to Freetown in December.

In conjunction with Foundation Agency & Egg Magazine, we will be holding a Fund Raising Event on 28th October 2010 in London. This is a private event and due to the number of confirmed guests, we are unable to offer anymore invitations. However We are planning an open event in the near future and will of course keep everybody informed once dates and acts have been confirmed.

We are pleased to be working with Africa Youth for Peace and Development, formed by 7 youths who experienced the civil war first hand; they are a voluntary organization whose aims are to provide youth development programs to improve skills, education and income generating activities. So far they have been doing a remarkable job by making the most of the limited resources available to them. In order for them to progress further, they require much needed support and supplies for sports, agriculture, textiles & education.

Our involvement is to help raise awareness, support and to make use of the resources that are available to us. We will be going to Sierra Leone in December and are reaching out to people and companies who we feel could make a difference, in helping to achieve a better life for these children.

We are planning a trip to Sierra Leone in October 2010 - Visiting orphanages & Africa for Youth & Development...all donations would be much appreciated as we plan to gather toys, books, clothes, shoes etc for shipping in October.
